Izumi Tonic Strenghtening Conditioner System infused with rice water, when applied after Izumi Tonic shampoo, strengthens and adds density to the hair. After cleaning with Izumi Tonic Shampoo, apply on the lengths and tips of clean and wet hair. Leave to act for 5 minutes and rinse. Finish with Izumi Tonic Serum.
