Get free delivery every where in Canada with 100$ and up orders, after promotions and before taxes. Conditions may apply for certain locations. For less than 100$ orders, 10$ fix shipping fees will apply.
Our shipping services are from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.Taxes may vary according to each province.
We can not match two separate orders for delivery.
Usual delays to treat your order is about 24 to 48 hours (business days) after receiving you payment but may vary on stock availabilities. These delays does not include the shipping. We can not garanty the shipping company delays. This being said, if you’re experimenting unusual delays for you order, please contact us at [email protected] so we can track your oder with the shipping company and do the follow up for you. All shipment has a tracking number. Once we ship your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the actual tracking number.
Since we have no control on the actual shipping process, we are not responsible for any damaged or stolen packages left in a postal box or outside your house. If the shipping company can not deliver your package as planned, it will be send to the post office nearby so you can pick it up. If you got a delivery notice, follow the instructions; you have a maximum of ten (10) business days to reclaim you order. After ten (10) days the package will automatically be return to us and you’ll get refund. If the article that you’ve ordered is backorder you’ll be notify by email.
For hygiene and quality purposes, all purchases of products, brushes, nail polishes, electric tools and hair extensions are final. All the clearance items and promotions are final as well.

If you’re not satisfied with an electrical appliance, please contact us at [email protected], afterwards you can return it to us IN THE INTACT ORIGINAL PACKAGING, THE PRODUCT IN PERFECT CONDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL BILL in a ten (10) business days following reception date.
Industria reserves the right to judge the tool’s condition when returned before allowing credit. Consumable products can not be returned. In case of electrical malfunction, we will honor the manufacturer’s warranty and will replace the tool that qualify the criteria for exchange.
The warranty applies only when the malfunction can be witness at the return. Damages caused by innapropriate utilization are not covered by this warranty. The original packaging is mandatory to get an exchange, no exception.
The exchange is applicable only on the same item.
If you have any problems with an item during the liability period, communicate with us at [email protected] including : all the details of your order with a picture of the defective tool, with the original packaging.We’ll get back to you within 5 business days. When the exchange has been approved, we’ll ask you to ship back the item to be replaced in its original packaging to our head office at the following address :

We suggest that you use a shipping company so you can easily track your package. Industria will take no responsabilities regarding your shipment towards our warehouse.
We will communicate with you by email within 5 business days, following the reception of your package to confirm the acceptability of the replacement.
Please note that if the item has no sign of malfunction it will be returned to you automatically.
If your package has been damaged in shipping please communicate with us at [email protected] including the complete informations of your order, please join a picture of the damaged package.
If you receive products that doesn’t match your order or if you are missing items, you have ten (10) days to let us know at [email protected] after reception of your order. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT NO MATTER WHAT IS THE ISSUE, SHIPPING FEES WILL NOT BE REFUND.
