This mildly oxidizing, professional demi-permanent hair color finish gives a temporary, delicate matte gloss and muted shine for a diffused color effect. Color Touch Instamatic technology, created with a fine blend of color pigments, allows this demi-permanent hair gloss to provide hair with a professional on-trend finish. 

HOW TO USE

Mix Color Touch demi-permanent hair color finish 1 : 1 with Color Touch Emulsion 1.9 % or 4 %. Apply on dry hair, develop for 5–20 min depending on desired intensity. When developing time is completed, add some lukewarm water and gently emulsify. Rinse thoroughly with water. Wash hair once with Wella Professionals Brilliance or Elements Shampoo.

Always mix Color Touch hair color with Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4%. To neutralize oxidation residues and stabilize color, we recommend Wella Professionals Color Post Treatment.
