This allows you to lighten the natural hair up to 1 level while neutralizing unwanted warmth on both the natural hair and the pre-lightened areas. Aiding in softening the light and dark areas of the hair for a more natural yet bright look and feel. All while being gentle on the hair. Choose from 2 different shades  19 Cool, for the softest result on both natural and pre-lightened hair, or 86 Extra Cool for a more control on natural hair and intensity on pre-lightened hair.
